Inspired by the ancient Anatolian legend of the Serpent Queen — a symbol of hidden wisdom and transformation — Shahmaran merges Eastern mysticism with exotic textures and ritualistic rhythms. Originally composed for the documentary film “Half Human Half Snake” and the “Dream or Real – Shah-ı Maran” exhibition, this expanded edition features additional reworkings, laying the thematic background for THE SHADOWPLAY.
